NOTICE: ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING FEBRUARY 19, 2019
Please take notice that our Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held at 5pm, on February 19, 2019 at the SFGE offices located at 2521 Judah Street, San Francisco, CA 94122. The primary order of business will be to elect our Board of Directors. Only SFGE Voting Members may vote in the election. Voting members are registered players within the club. Any player under the age of 18 may be represented by one parent or legal guardian. Coaches and Administrators may not vote in place of players, unless they are also a parent or legal guardian. Identification of all attendees will be required. Only Members, Voting Members, Club Directors and persons specifically invited by the Board of Directors will be allowed to attend the meeting. Voting will be restricted to Voting Members in attendance at the AGM.
All Directors are volunteers, and no Director may receive any income or remuneration from the Club or from any soccer-related activity. There are seven seats up for election. Any Member may nominate a candidate to the Board of Directors. Nominations for Director can be made by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org prior to February 5, 2019.
